Timo Glave brings 17 years of experience advising leading companies and investors across maritime, shipping, and logistics. He spent 7 years at BCG as a Junior Partner and Global Co-Leader for Shipping, followed by 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner and Global Co-Leader for Shipping & Terminals. Over the years, he has worked closely with international maritime, shipping and infrastructure companies on a broad range of strategic and operational topics. Alongside his advisory work, Timo has been involved in building and developing several industry initiatives. He co-founded Navimeter, a vessel arrival prediction venture supported and funded by McKinsey. He is also an active angel investor in maritime and supply chain technology. His approach combines deep industry experience with a practical style and a genuine interest in working closely with management teams, owners, and entrepreneurs.
