Sri is a Software Engineer at Motion Ventures, where he’s quietly building the infrastructure that powers how we work behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for systems thinking and a love for elegant engineering, Sri brings technical depth to everything from internal tooling to applied intelligence - ensuring our operations scale as fast as our ambitions. Prior to Motion Ventures, Sri spent four years at Fidelity Investments, specialising in full-stack development, data science, and machine learning. His time there was marked by meaningful improvements in process efficiency, including reducing service turnaround times and advancing DevOps automation. Most recently, he worked at Changi Airport Group, where he developed tools that helped teams make smarter decisions through actionable data insights and predictive capabilities - applying cutting-edge NLP and visualisation techniques to complex infrastructure challenges. Sri holds a Master of Computing from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIT Trichy. When he’s not tinkering with code, you’ll find him exploring new ways to make machines just a little bit smarter - or significantly more useful.
