Focus

Vessel Operations

ShipIn addresses the long standing issue of limited operational visibility on vessels, where most activity takes place in isolated environments and incidents are often attributed to human error.

The company provides a physical AI system that converts continuous onboard video into structured operational data through a network of cameras, an edge AI server and cloud based fleet dashboards. FleetVision, the core product, detects more than 160 event types across safety, bridge conduct, technical operations, MARPOL compliance and security, generating a standardised performance score that supports benchmarking and incident review. Additional modules for cargo operations and data products for insurance are in development. The platform gives managers a factual view of day to day practices, reduces reliance on manual audits and helps identify emerging risk trends across fleets.

ShipIn is used by a broad group of operators and partners, including Wilhelmsen, Anglo Eastern, Zeaborn, Rio Tinto, NorthStandard and Munich Re.
